Common questions.
Do you have a fixed departure schedule?+
No. We have vehicles crossing in both directions every day, but we do not run to a published timetable and we do not hold a slot for a particular hour. If you need a guaranteed time, the Same-Day or On-Demand tiers are the ones to use.
What is the smallest shipment you will take?+
There is no minimum. A single carton is fine — on this tier you share the truck, so you are not paying for empty space.
Does the daily service run in both directions?+
Yes. Malaysia to Singapore and Singapore to Malaysia both run every day. We handle the export side and the import side whichever way your freight is travelling.
What is the difference between sharing a truck and chartering one?+
Sharing means your freight travels with other shippers’ freight and you pay for the space you use — that is this tier. Chartering means the vehicle carries only your cargo and leaves when you say, which is our On-Demand and Project Cargo tiers. Sharing costs less; chartering gives you the clock.
Who handles the customs paperwork?+
We do, on both sides of the border. Our customs brokerage is in-house rather than outsourced.
