Door to door
What one operator actually covers.
01
Collection at your door
Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia, or anywhere in Singapore — whichever end the freight starts at.
02
Export declaration
Filed by our in-house brokerage in the country the shipment is leaving.
03
The crossing
Over the Johor–Singapore Causeway or the Tuas Second Link, routed to suit the pickup and delivery addresses.
04
Import declaration
Filed by the same in-house team in the country the shipment is entering.
05
Delivery to the receiver
To the door, not to a depot — in either country.
06
Proof of delivery
Signed POD and photos, with milestones recorded in your portal.
Both directions
Export south, import north.
Malaysia to Singapore — export
We collect across Peninsular Malaysia, file the Malaysian export declaration, cross at the Causeway or Tuas, clear Singapore import on arrival, and deliver anywhere on the island.
Singapore to Malaysia — import
We collect anywhere in Singapore, handle the Singapore export side, cross at the Causeway or Tuas, file the Malaysian import declaration, and deliver across Peninsular Malaysia.
Both directions are the same service on the same tiers — not a northbound operation with a southbound afterthought.
What fits
One parcel to a 40ft truck.
Parcels & cartons
No minimum. A single carton crosses on our daily shared runs.
Pallets & LTL
Share the truck and pay for the space you actually use.
17ft & 20ft trucks
Dedicated vehicles when the load outgrows shared space.
40ft trucks
The largest single vehicle we put on this lane.
Customs
Cleared by our own team, both sides.
Our customs brokerage is in-house, not outsourced. The export declaration in the country your freight leaves and the import declaration in the country it enters are both filed by our own people which is what keeps a same-day or one-hour dispatch realistic. You deal with us, not with a broker we introduced you to.
Lanes
Every lane runs both ways.
Door-to-Door Delivery
Pickup to delivery, customs both sides.

FAQ
Cross-border, explained.
Do you run both directions — Malaysia to Singapore and Singapore to Malaysia?+
Yes. Both directions are the same service on the same four tiers, not a southbound operation with a northbound afterthought. We file the export declaration in the country your freight leaves and the import declaration in the country it enters, whichever way it is travelling.
What does door-to-door cross-border delivery actually include?+
It means one operator handles the whole chain: collection at your address, the export declaration, the border crossing, the import declaration on the other side, and final delivery to the receiver’s door. You are not asked to appoint a separate broker or to hand the freight over at the border. The same chain runs in both directions.
What is the difference between FTL and LTL?+
FTL (full truckload) means the vehicle carries only your cargo and leaves when you want it to. LTL (less-than-truckload) means your freight shares the truck with other shippers and you pay for the space you use. LTL costs less; FTL gives you control of the clock and of who else’s cargo travels with yours.
Who handles export and import customs clearance?+
We do, on both sides. Our customs brokerage is in-house rather than outsourced, so the export declaration in the departing country and the import declaration in the arriving country are both filed by our own team — in whichever direction your freight is travelling.
Is there a minimum shipment size?+
No. There is no minimum — a single carton is a valid cross-border shipment with us, in either direction. Small consignments travel on our Daily shared crossings so you are not paying for an empty truck.
Can you deliver same-day between Penang and Singapore?+
No. Same-day covers the Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur lanes in both directions; Penang is too far from the border to complete a door-to-door crossing within one day. Penang freight moves on our daily crossings, or as a dedicated On-Demand truck when it is urgent.
What truck sizes do you operate?+
From parcel and pallet level up to dedicated 17ft, 20ft and 40ft trucks. The 40ft is the largest single vehicle we put on the Malaysia–Singapore lane.
