Call or WhatsApp
Give us the pickup address, the delivery address and roughly what is moving. A Malaysian pickup heading south and a Singapore pickup heading north are the same booking to us.

Truck out within the hour
We assign a vehicle and send it straight to your door. Nothing is grouped with other shippers’ freight.

Customs on both sides
Our own in-house customs brokerage files the export declaration on the departure side and the import declaration on the arrival side whichever direction you are going.

Door delivery with proof
Delivered to the receiver’s door with a signed proof of delivery and photos, and milestones recorded in your portal.

Common questions.
How fast can you get a truck to my door?+
We dispatch a vehicle within one hour of confirming the booking. That applies in both countries — a Malaysian pickup and a Singapore pickup are treated the same way.
Is my cargo mixed with other shipments?+
No. On-Demand is a dedicated truck. Your freight is loaded at your door and stays on the same vehicle until it reaches the receiver — there is no consolidation and no transfer.
Do you run on-demand in both directions?+
Yes. Malaysia to Singapore and Singapore to Malaysia are the same service, at the same one-hour dispatch. We handle the export side and the import side whichever way the truck is pointing.
Is On-Demand more expensive than your daily runs?+
Yes. You are paying for a vehicle to itself and an immediate departure instead of sharing space on a crossing that is happening anyway. If the deadline allows it, our Daily tier costs less.
Can you clear customs at that short notice?+
Yes. Our customs brokerage is in-house rather than outsourced, so declarations are filed by our own team on both sides of the border.
