Book early in the day
Same-day works backwards from the delivery address, so the earlier the booking the more of the day we have. Whether today is still possible depends on the lane and the pickup point — ask us.

Collection
We collect in Johor Bahru, across the Klang Valley, or anywhere in Singapore, depending on which way the shipment is going.

Customs on both sides
Our in-house brokerage files the export declaration on the departure side and the import declaration on the arrival side in whichever direction you are shipping.

Delivered the same day
Door delivery with a signed proof of delivery and photos, and milestones in your portal.
What fits
From one parcel upwards.

No minimum. A single envelope or carton is a valid same-day shipment.
Cartons and pallets
Multi-carton consignments and palletised freight both move on the same-day tier.
Up to a full truck
If the volume needs a 17ft, 20ft or 40ft vehicle we can still run it same-day on the Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur lanes.

Common questions.
Which lanes can you deliver same-day?+
Johor Bahru to Singapore and Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, and the same two lanes in reverse — Singapore to Johor Bahru and Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Both directions run on the same tier.
Can you do Penang to Singapore same-day?+
No. Penang is too far from the border to complete a door-to-door crossing within one day, so we do not offer it on the same-day tier. Penang freight moves on our Daily crossings, or as a dedicated On-Demand truck if it is urgent.
Does same-day work in both directions?+
Yes. Malaysia to Singapore and Singapore to Malaysia are the same service. We file the export declaration on the departure side and the import declaration on the arrival side either way.
What time do I need to book by?+
It depends on the lane and where we are collecting from, so we confirm it per shipment rather than publish one time. Contact us with the pickup address and we will tell you whether it can still go today.
Who handles customs on a same-day shipment?+
We do, on both sides. Our customs brokerage is in-house rather than outsourced, which is what makes a one-day clearance realistic.
